Changes version from 1.0.0 to 0.1.4 (because Steam started allowing early access for NSFW again, and this better reflects the fact that the game is under development).

Fixes issue where users that skip the Rhowehna encounter aren't prompted to provide a custom name for the MC.
There's no special itch version anymore, it's the same as the backer version (the only difference were the links to "other games by" anyway).
